I want to organize my thoughts and practice my response, sharing both my current role and the journey that brought me here.

Current Work Life
I've been working as a software engineer for around 10 years now. These days, I usually work in the co-working space inside my condo building, which is incredibly convenient since it's just downstairs from my apartment.

Before becoming a software engineer, I worked in sales. Honestly, I wasn’t very good at it, and my manager often scolded me to change my mindset as a salesman. But after two years of effort, I finally closed a contract worth 20 million yen. I’m really grateful to my manager and a senior team member for their support.

ソフトウェアエンジニアになる前の道のり
私のキャリアパスは最初から一直線ではありませんでした。ソフトウェアエンジニアになる前は、約 2 年間営業として働いていました。正直に言うと、あまり上手ではありませんでした。マネージャーによく叱られ、営業マンとしてのマインドセットを変えるよう常に言われていました。
困難な時期でしたが、改善するため努力を続けました。その努力がついに実り、2000 万円という大きな契約を獲得することができました。振り返ると、その困難な期間を通じて支えてくれたマネージャーと先輩チームメンバーに心から感謝しています。彼らの指導と忍耐が、今でも使っている粘り強さとコミュニケーションスキルを身につける上で重要でした。
